Delete your account
You can delete your TapeHeart account and its data at any time. Here's how, and what happens next.
Fastest
In the app
- 01Open TapeHeart and tap You.
- 02Tap Privacy & data.
- 03Tap Delete account and confirm.

What happens when you delete
- Your account and profile
- Deleted within 30 days of the confirmation email.
- Tapes you made and received
- Tapes you have not given are deleted with your account. A tape you already gave stays with that person. We take it off your account, and they can still open the note, tracklist, and liner notes you gave them.
- Your Apple Music subscription
- Not affected. Apple Music is managed separately in your Apple account settings.
